Formulation

The varnishes and glues used in coating are formulated and produced by a computerised system that measures the different chemical components.

Rexor, which is designated as an ICPE (facility classified for the protection of the environment), boasts a workshop for manufacturing primary solutions and a computer-controlled workshop for varnish finishing.

The formulation workshop, which complies with the strictest standards, means that REXOR can convert solvents and other chemical products into varnishes and glues.

Maximum viscosity : 1500 to 2000 centipoises
Conditioning : containers or barrels from 1800 to 1500 kg
Total workshop capacity : 200 tonnes / month
